Christian Alejandro Almada
Graduated from the Superior Conservatory of Music of Córdoba (Argentina), he continued his studies at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and obtained diplomas in organ and organ composition from the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music. He also specialized in the French symphonic organ repertoire with Ben van Oosten.

Since 2008, he has been the principal organist of the Papal Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls in Rome. He is the musical and artistic director of the Festival and the magazine “Organo e…”. During the “Jubilee Year of Mercy,” he founded and currently directs several choirs for Sunday liturgical celebrations at Saint Paul Outside the Walls. In 2016, he published *La voce del Signore è Potenza*, a collection of responsorial psalms composed for Sundays and feast days of the liturgical year.

He has served as choir director and first cantor at the Pontifical Athenaeum of Saint Anselm in Rome (2004-2010) and as lecturer at the same monastic institute (2008-2010). With degrees in philosophy and a doctorate in theology, he regularly gives lectures in Italy and abroad and guides groups in thematic reflections related to faith.
